Announcements

Learn how to have an image or video play at an exact time using Announcements.

How to Create an Announcement

Navigate to Message portal:

Inside of the Message portal, click "Upload content" and then "Announcement":

You can either upload an image or video you have saved on your computer, or you can select "Use creative" and create an image:

Image Announcements

Once your content is queued up, you will need to schedule it:

Date

This is the date that you want your content piece to play on.

Start time

This is the time at which your content piece will begin playing on the date you specified above.

Duration

This is the amount of time you want your content piece to play for.

Video Announcements

For video announcements, the only difference is that you will be asked how many times you want the video to loop:

Don't forget to add the screens you want to display your Announcement and then click "Done".
